Production & Shipping:

Producing an order takes 4-6 weeks depending on the individual effort. Everything is being manufactured in our studio in Leipzig, by hand and on request. If you need the item urgently, please get in touch via webshop@undrowear.de and we will prioritize your order.

Shipping within Germany: 1-2 work days

Shipping to EU countries: 3-6 work days

Shipping within Europe to non-EU countries: up to 7 work days

Return Shipments/Exchange:

Of course you can return products bought in our online shop should you not like it or should they not fit you. Get in touch with us via webshop@undrowear.de or fill in the return form in the parcel with specifications on exchange size or your bank details for a refund. If you want to bring the item back in person please let us know in advance.

Should anything be damaged, let us know via e-mail and we will send you a return form to mend the product as quickly as possible.
